1. Who we are

This website (bladerunnerboardgame.com) is operated by Creative Games Studio (CGS Group Holding LLC), “CGS”, “we”. For any privacy question or request, write to customerservice@wearecgs.com.

2. What we collect

When you complete the ESPER challenge you choose how to continue:

Stay anonymous: we record only that the challenge was completed, the date and time, and the country your connection comes from. Nothing that identifies you.
Join the resistance: we also store your email address, the date you gave consent and the version of the consent text you accepted.

We do not store your IP address, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The ESPER and CONSOLE screens keep your progress only in the page you have open.

3. Why we use it

To count how many people solved the challenge.
If you joined the resistance: to send you emails about Blade Runner 2049: The Boardgame, including campaign news, updates, special offers and information about other CGS games.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before submitting your email. You can withdraw it at any time.

4. Unsubscribing and your rights

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to stop processing it, by writing to customerservice@wearecgs.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the LGPD in Brazil, the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California) you may have additional rights, including complaining to your data protection authority.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. It is stored with Amazon Web Services, which hosts this website and sends our emails on our behalf under contract. Data may be stored in the United States.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep only a record that you did so, to make sure you are not emailed again, and delete it on request.

7. Age

Joining the resistance is for people aged 18 or over.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to subscribers.
